Work Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday; with extensive travel and occasional pre-planned weekend days
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, specialeducation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, child development and familyscience, communication disorders, developmental disabilities, vocational rehabilitation,or sociology. Or a bachelor's degree in one of the above fields and two years of workexperience in the respective discipline. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is preferred.

Summary of Work
Provide applied behavior analysis services for DHS Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Health Service of the Life Skills & Transition Center through regional Human Service Centers. Role consults with support plan teams across regions in the state for specialized behavior change strategies. Consultation with inpatient psychiatric and crisis residential supports is coordinated with other service providers. Supervised by the LSTC Licensed Clinical Psychologist. In-state travel with some overnight/planned weekend days with flexed scheduling.
Comments
This position will require eligibility for Licensure or Registration as an Applied Behavior Analyst in North Dakota. Active progress towards licensure/registration eligibility can be considered, which requires a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis or special education with specialized examination, or the Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credential. Demonstrating current involvement in a program to achieve these credentials may be acceptable.
