Overview The Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) provides parallel support to the Director of Programmatic Services.
This position will provide oversight for the people supported who are assigned on their caseload including oversight of the entire Overall Service Plan (OSP) process for each person on their caseload.
This position will work side by side with each person on their caseload to help them embrace life to the fullest while maintaining programmatic & benefit supports.
This position will oversee all contracted services for each person on their caseload which includes both residential and vocational services.

Ability to organize and calculate data/information and maintain records according to standards.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in human services, education or related field.
At least two years of working direct care with people with developmental disabilities.
Current valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
